A textured acrylic cube on a wooden-effect base that throws slow, moving water-ripple patterns onto whatever is near it. Sat on a shelf or a bedside table in a dark room, the light shifts and flows rather than sitting still — closer to a fire than a lamp.
Sixteen colours on the remote, plus flash, strobe, fade and smooth transition modes, and a touch button on the base if the remote wanders off. The cube itself is the decorative bit — it looks like cut glass whether it's lit or not.

Worth knowing
It lights the area around it, not the whole room. Product photos for these lamps are shot to make the ripples appear to cover every wall and the ceiling. This is an 11 cm lamp — in a dark room it casts real moving patterns onto a nearby wall, shelf or ceiling above it, and it looks genuinely good. It will not wrap an entire living room the way the wide shots imply.
Like any projection light it needs the room fairly dark to show properly. With a main light on you get an attractive glowing cube, but the ripple effect on the walls disappears.
No mains plug in the box — it runs from USB, so any wall adapter, laptop port or power bank will drive it.
