Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 7-15 business days after that. Delivery is free across the UK. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing — delivery is free on every order, no minimum spend required.

My item arrived faulty or damaged — what do I do?
Email aaronssherwin8@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll investigate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, through a secure checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet — we currently deliver to UK addresses only.
